East Side OG

East Side OG, also known as Eastside OG or ESOG, is an indica-dominant hybrid bred by Mad Scientist Genetics from a complex combination of six different OG cuts. Rather than reinventing the OG formula, the breeding project essentially stacks it, concentrating the earthy fuel, sour funk, and heavy Kush character associated with the family. The aroma can be surprisingly unusual, mixing diesel and sour earth with pepper, herbs, and occasional cheesy or dark-fruit notes. Dense, sticky buds and heavy trichome production complete the decidedly old-school presentation.

Terpene Profile:

Caryophyllene, myrcene, and limonene are commonly associated with East Side OG's aromatic territory. Caryophyllene reinforces the cracked-pepper spice and pungent bite, while myrcene brings musky earth, herbs, and some of the cultivar's heavier Kush character. Limonene provides the sour citrus edge that cuts through all that density. There's nothing shy about the finished aroma: gasoline, pepper, sour herbs, damp earth, and citrus can collide with odd hints of cheese and sweetness.
